Catch the tram heading towards 'North Balwyn' (for tram 48) or 'Vermont South' (for tram 75). Get off at the 'Spring St' stop. From there, walk east along Spring Street. The Old Treasury Building will be on your left at 20 Spring St, just a short 5-minute walk.
