Walking

From Flinders Street Station, head north on Elizabeth Street until you reach Lonsdale Street. Turn right onto Lonsdale Street and walk for approximately 5 minutes. Melbourne Central will be on your left. The clock is located inside the shopping center.

Public Transport

Take any train to Melbourne Central Station, which connects directly to the Melbourne Central shopping center. Follow the signs for Melbourne Central upon exiting the train. Once inside the shopping center, head towards the central atrium where the clock is located. A daily Myki fare is $10.60, or a two-hour fare is $5.30.

Catch a tram on the City Circle route (Tram number 35) or any tram that stops along Lonsdale Street. Alight at the Melbourne Central stop. The Melbourne Central Clock is located inside the complex. Trams within the CBD are free.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available throughout Melbourne's CBD. A short taxi ride from Flinders Street Station to Melbourne Central will cost approximately $35-$55, depending on traffic and time of day. Keep in mind that fares are calculated based on a base fee, distance traveled, and time, and may include tolls.

If driving, parking is available at Melbourne Central Car Park. Standard rates are $16 per hour. Evening and early bird rates are also available. Several other parking garages are located nearby, including QV Melbourne, with rates starting at $17.
