Public Transport - Tram
If you are in the Melbourne Central Business District (CBD), head to the nearest tram stop. You can catch the Route 58 tram towards Toorak. Alight at the stop called 'Domain Interchange'. From there, walk towards Birdwood Avenue, which is just a short 5-minute stroll. The Tropical Glasshouse is located within the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne, which you will find on your right as you enter the gardens.
Public Transport - Train and Walk
Take a train from Flinders Street Station to South Yarra Station on the Sandringham Line. Once you arrive at South Yarra Station, exit the station and head towards the Royal Botanic Gardens. You can walk along the main road (Toorak Road) for approximately 15-20 minutes. The entrance to the gardens will be on your left. Once inside, follow the path to the Tropical Glasshouse.

Upon entering the gardens, look for signs directing you to the Tropical Glasshouse, which is located near the center of the gardens.

From various locations in Melbourne, you can take a bus to reach the Royal Botanic Gardens. Look for the bus services that stop at the Domain interchange. Once you get off the bus, walk towards Birdwood Avenue. The Tropical Glasshouse is situated within the gardens, which you can enter from Birdwood Avenue.
