I was looking for an airport pickup and drop-off service to welcome a group of overseas friends who were arriving at MEL airport. I found Chauffeurlink through an online search; had a brief conversation with Guri who requested that I send the list of my group along with their flight details to book@chauffeurlink.com.au. From then on I interacted with Sunny, who was always prompt and precise in responding to each and every query. My bookings required around twenty trips and all were executed with precision despite one flight that was diverted and the passengers arrived 10 hours later … and another that was cancelled and the passengers arrived more than 24 hours later.
