From Southbank Promenade, walk towards the Yarra River in the direction of Crown Casino. Continue past the casino until you reach the pedestrian bridge crossing the river. Below Bridge Lookout will be to your left, just under the bridge.

From Flinders Street Station, take any tram heading towards St Kilda Road. Alight at the Arts Precinct stop. Walk towards the Yarra River and cross the pedestrian bridge. The Below Bridge Lookout will be on your left. A single tram fare is around $5.
