Walking
If you're in Southbank, you can easily reach Under The Clocks on Flinders Street by walking. Start by heading towards the Yarra River and find your way to Southbank Promenade. Walk along the promenade until you reach the pedestrian bridge that leads to Flinders Street. Cross the bridge and continue straight ahead. You'll see the iconic clocks of Under The Clocks at 295 Flinders Street on your right. The walk should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on your starting point.
Tram
You can take the tram to reach Under The Clocks conveniently. Look for the nearest tram stop in Southbank, for example, the 'Queens Bridge' stop. Board a tram on the Route 48 or 109 towards North Melbourne or Port Melbourne, respectively. Get off at the 'Flinders Street' stop. Once you disembark, walk towards Flinders Street and you will see Under The Clocks located at 295 Flinders Street, which is just a short walk from the tram stop. Tram rides usually cost around AUD 4.50 for a one-way trip.
