  • Walking

    If you are near St Kilda Beach, head towards Jacka Boulevard. Walk along the beach promenade until you reach the junction with Jacka Boulevard. Continue walking along Jacka Boulevard for about 5 minutes, and you will see South Beach Reserve on your right at 26 Jacka Blvd.

  • Public Transport

    From Melbourne CBD, take tram number 96 or 16 towards St Kilda. Disembark at the stop 'Acland St / Barkly St.' From there, it's a 10-minute walk: head down Barkly Street towards the beach, then turn left on the promenade and follow it until you reach Jacka Boulevard. Turn right and walk for approximately 5 minutes to arrive at South Beach Reserve. A single tram ticket costs around AUD 4.50.

  • Parking

    If driving, several parking options are available near South Beach Reserve. Acland Court Car Park, located on the southern side of the precinct, offers convenient access to the beach, Luna Park, and the Palais Theatre. Hourly rates range from $3.00 for 0-1 hour to $18.00 for 3+ hours. An Early Bird Special is available for a $7 flat rate if you enter before 10:00 am and exit after 3:00 pm. Street parking is also available, with hourly rates ranging from $1.90 to $5.40. Be sure to check parking signs carefully.
