Walking
If you are in central St Kilda, make your way towards the St Kilda Beach. Depending on your exact location, you can follow local streets towards the coast, but aim for the intersection of Acland Street and Jacka Boulevard. Once you reach Jacka Boulevard, head left (south) towards the beach. Catani Archway will be on your right along Jacka Boulevard, just before you reach the beach, near the entrance to the St Kilda Foreshore.

Tram
If you're further away from the beach, you can take the tram. Catch the Route 96 or Route 16 tram from any of the major stops in St Kilda. Board the tram heading towards St Kilda Beach and get off at the stop at 'St Kilda Junction'. From there, walk down Fitzroy Street towards the beach, then turn left onto Jacka Boulevard. Catani Archway will be directly in front of you as you approach the beach. Note that tram rides cost around AUD 4.60 for a single journey.
