    From Port Macquarie, drive south along the Pacific Motorway (M1). Take the Harrington exit and follow Crowdy Bay Road and Diamond Head Road to the Diamond Head Campground. The drive is approximately 45 minutes. Park entry fees are $8 per vehicle per day, payable at the campground office.

    Take a train or bus to Taree. From Taree, arrange a taxi or ride-share to Diamond Head, approximately 50km away. Real-time tracking is available on all Hunter and Lower North Coast buses. Taxi/ride-share cost approximately $120-$150. Park entry fees are $8 per vehicle per day, payable at the campground office.

    From the Diamond Head Campground, the Diamond Head Loop Walk begins. Follow the signs for the Headland walking track and Forest walking track. The loop is well-marked and generally undulating with some short, steep inclines. No additional costs are involved.
