If you are driving, start on Nepean Highway (M11) heading towards the Mornington Peninsula. Follow the signs for the Peninsula Link Freeway, which will take you directly to the Mornington Peninsula. Once on the freeway, take the exit for Arthurs Seat Road. Follow Arthurs Seat Road until you reach 790 Arthurs Seat Rd, where the Viewing Telescope is located. There is parking available on-site.

To reach Arthurs Seat by public transport, take a train from Melbourne to Frankston Station. From Frankston, you can catch Bus Route 783 towards Dromana. Get off at the stop for Arthurs Seat Road (check the bus schedule as it may not run frequently). From the bus stop, it's approximately a 1.5-kilometer walk up Arthurs Seat Road to the Viewing Telescope at 790 Arthurs Seat Rd. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as the walk is uphill.
