    From Mornington, head south on Main Street, which becomes the Nepean Highway (M11). Continue on the Nepean Highway for about 17 km. As you approach Rosebud, follow the signs to the Peninsula Link (M11) and merge onto the Peninsula Link. Continue for approximately 12 km. Take the exit towards Boneo Road and turn right onto Boneo Road. After about 3 km, turn left onto Cape Schanck Road. Follow Cape Schanck Road for about 8 km, and you will reach the Cape Schanck Lighthouse at 420 Cape Schanck Rd, Cape Schanck VIC 3939.

    From Mornington, take the bus number 781 from Mornington to Rosebud. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once in Rosebud, transfer to bus number 788 towards Flinders. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Cape Schanck Lighthouse' stop. From the bus stop, it is a short 10-minute walk along Cape Schanck Road to reach the lighthouse at 420 Cape Schanck Rd, Cape Schanck VIC 3939.
