From Noosa Heads, walk to the Noosa Junction bus stop on Noosa Drive. Catch the Sunbus Route 626 towards Mooloolaba. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Mooloolaba Esplanade stop. From there, walk towards the beach, which is just a short 5-minute stroll down the Esplanade.

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops in Noosa. Take the bike path from Noosa Heads towards the Noosa River. Follow the river path until you reach the end of the river and then head towards Mooloolaba. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your pace. Once you arrive at Mooloolaba, park your bike at one of the bike racks available near the beach.
