After approximately 40 km, take the exit onto the Summerland Way (A43) toward Grafton. Continue on the Summerland Way for about 60 km until you reach the town of Grafton. From Grafton, take the Gwydir Highway (B80) towards Copmanhurst. Continue on Gwydir Highway for about 30 km, then turn right onto the Esk Road. Follow this road for approximately 20 km until you reach Jerusalem Creek Track. Look for signs indicating the location of the Jerusalem Creek walk.
