Bus

From Byron Bay, head to the nearest bus stop located on Jonson Street. Look for the 'Lismore' bus services as they also stop at Lennox Head. Board the bus and inform the driver that you want to go to Lennox Head. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the Lennox Head bus stop, which is near the entrance to the beach. From there, you can walk to Seven Mile Beach, just a short 5-minute stroll away.

Bicycle

If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a bicycle from one of the local bike shops in Byron Bay. Start your ride heading south on the coastal path. Follow the signs towards Lennox Head. The ride is approximately 8 kilometers and takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Lennox Head, follow the signs to Seven Mile Beach, which is easily accessible and well-marked.

Walking

For a more leisurely experience, you can walk to Lennox Head. Start at the Byron Bay Lighthouse and walk south along the coast.
