To reach Border Ranges National Park by car from anywhere in the Northern Rivers region, start by navigating to the Pacific Highway (M1). From here, take the exit towards Lismore. Follow the signs to Lismore and continue onto the Lismore-Casino Road (B65). After approximately 25 km, turn left onto the Summerland Way (B13) towards Kyogle. Continue on B13 for about 30 km until you reach the town of Kyogle. From Kyogle, take the Bruxner Highway (B62) heading west and then turn left onto the Border Ranges Road. Follow this road for about 20 km until you reach the park entrance. Be aware that some sections of the road may be winding, and check for any road closures or conditions before your journey. Parking is available at the park, and no entry fee is required.

For those using public transportation, start by taking a bus from your location in Northern Rivers to Lismore. From Lismore, you will need to take a train or another bus service to Kyogle.
