If you're driving from Melbourne, take the M31 Hume Freeway towards Albury. Exit onto the Western Highway (A8) towards Ballarat, then follow the signs to Stawell. From Stawell, take the Halls Gap Road (C222) directly to Halls Gap. Once in Halls Gap, look for Wonderland Loop. Cool Chamber is located along this loop, and you can park nearby. Total travel time is approximately 3 hours.

Public Transportation
To reach Cool Chamber using public transport, take a V/Line train from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne to Stawell. The journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once at Stawell, you will need to catch a local bus (check the schedule as it may not run frequently) towards Halls Gap. After arriving in Halls Gap, you can either walk or take a taxi to Wonderland Loop where Cool Chamber is located. This last leg of the journey may take about 15-20 minutes.

Once you reach Wonderland Loop in Halls Gap, you may need to walk a short distance to find Cool Chamber. The area is well-signposted, and the walk from the nearest parking area should take around 5-10 minutes. Be sure to wear suitable footwear for the terrain.
