Getting There

• Car

Once you reach Frankston, turn onto Beach Street, which becomes Point Nepean Road. Continue along this road, passing through several coastal suburbs. Keep an eye out for the signs for Red Bluff Lookout, located in Black Rock. The lookout has a small parking area available for visitors.
