Car
From South West Australia, get on the South Western Highway (State Route 20) heading north. Follow the signs for Kwinana Freeway (State Route 2) and merge onto it towards Perth. Continue on Kwinana Freeway until you reach the exit for Leach Highway (State Route 7). Follow Leach Highway which will take you to the Tonkin Highway (State Route 4). Merge onto Tonkin Highway and follow the signs for the Great Eastern Highway (National Route 94). You will eventually need to follow the signs for the M5 South-West Motorway. Take the M5 and follow signs for the Princes Highway (A1). After approximately 30-40 minutes, take the exit toward the Royal National Park. Follow the signs to the park entrance. Note: There may be a parking fee at the entrance of the park.

Public Transportation
To reach Royal National Park using public transportation, first take a train from your nearest station to Sydney's Central Station. Look for the South Coast Line and board a train heading to Wollongong. Disembark at Loftus Station. From Loftus Station, you can take a bus (Route 991) that operates to the Royal National Park. Make sure to check the local bus schedules as they may vary. The bus will take you directly to the park entrance. Be aware that train and bus fares apply, and you may need an Opal card or cash for the bus fare.
