Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head toward Anzac Hill Rd in Alice Springs. From the center of Alice Springs, drive north on Todd St, which becomes the Stuart Highway (A87). Continue on the Stuart Highway for about 2.5 km, then turn right onto Anzac Hill Rd. Follow the road up to the lookout point. There is free parking available at the top.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, check the local bus schedules for routes that stop near Anzac Hill. The 'Alice Springs Town Bus' service has routes that include stops close to the hill. You can catch the bus from various locations in Alice Springs, but ensure to ask the driver if it stops at Anzac Hill. The fare is generally around AUD 3.00 for a single trip. Once you get off at the nearest stop, you may need to walk a short distance up Anzac Hill Rd to reach the lookout.

• Walking or Hiking

  If you are already in the vicinity and prefer walking, you can access Anzac Hill via the walking trails. From the center of Alice Springs, head north on Todd St and follow the signs to Anzac Hill. The trek up Anzac Hill is steep but offers a great workout and stunning views as you ascend. Ensure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, especially during warmer months.
