From Surfers Paradise, head to the nearest bus stop on Ferny Avenue. Catch the G:link tram towards Gold Coast University Hospital and get off at the Broadbeach South stop. From there, transfer to bus route 700 towards Tweed Heads. Alight at the 'Tweed Heads' stop. The Captain Cook Memorial and Lighthouse is a short walk from the bus stop. Head south on Wharf Street, then turn left onto Tweed Heads Drive; follow the road until you reach the memorial.
