Getting There

• Walking

  From the heart of Surfers Paradise, start at the main intersection of Cavill Avenue and Surfers Paradise Boulevard. Head north along Surfers Paradise Boulevard until you reach the intersection with Ferny Avenue. Continue straight, and you will pass by various shops and restaurants. Once you reach the end of Surfers Paradise Boulevard, cross the road and follow the pedestrian path along the beach. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will come to the end of the beach where you can turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway. Continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the Southport area. Once you reach Southport, look for signs directing you toward Marine Parade. Southern Lawn is located at Broadwater Parklands, Marine Parade, Southport QLD 4215, which will be on your right.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From Surfers Paradise, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the corner of Ferny Avenue and Surfers Paradise Boulevard. Catch the G:link tram heading north towards Broadbeach South. Ride the tram for about 4 stops until you reach the Southport station. After disembarking, walk south along Scarborough Street, then take a left onto Marine Parade. Continue walking for approximately 600 meters, and you will arrive at Southern Lawn located at Broadwater Parklands, Marine Parade, Southport QLD 4215.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Surfers Paradise beach path. Ride north along the beachfront path until you reach the end of the beach. Follow the path that leads you to the Gold Coast Highway, then cross at the pedestrian crossing. Continue along the bike lane heading towards Southport. Once you reach Marine Parade, follow the signs to Broadwater Parklands. Southern Lawn will be on your left as you approach the park.
