Public Transport (Train + Bus)
From Sydney Central Station, take the T1 North Shore Line train towards Hornsby. Get off at the station called 'Lindfield'. From Lindfield station, transfer to the 190 bus heading towards Palm Beach. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 'Barrenjoey Road at Palm Beach'. From there, it’s a 15-20 minute walk to Barrenjoey Lighthouse. Follow Barrenjoey Road, and when you reach the entrance to the Barrenjoey Head, take the trail that leads up to the lighthouse.

Ferry + Walk
Take a ferry from Circular Quay to Palm Beach. Once you arrive at Palm Beach, exit the ferry terminal and walk along the beach towards the north end. You’ll see the access path to Barrenjoey Head. Follow the walking trails that lead up to Barrenjoey Lighthouse. The walk is scenic and takes about 30-40 minutes.

Cycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from various rental locations in Sydney. Head towards the Northern Beaches via the scenic route through Manly. Once you reach Palm Beach, cycle along Barrenjoey Road until you reach the entrance to Barrenjoey Head. Park your bike at the designated area and follow the path to the lighthouse.
