Train
From Central Station, take the T2, T3, or T8 train towards Circular Quay. Alight at Kings Cross Station. Once you exit the station, head east towards Victoria Street. Turn right onto Victoria Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Elizabeth Bay Road. Turn left onto Elizabeth Bay Road and walk straight until you see the entrance to Garden Island on your left.
Bus
Catch Bus 324, 325, or 343 from the Sydney CBD (George Street). Alight at the bus stop on Macleay Street near the intersection with Elizabeth Bay Road. From there, walk down Macleay Street towards the water, then turn left onto Elizabeth Bay Road. Continue walking until you reach the entrance to Garden Island.
Ferry
Take a ferry from Circular Quay to the Eastern suburbs by catching a ferry to Watsons Bay or Rose Bay. Alight at the Garden Island ferry stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the shore and follow the path that leads you to the entrance of Garden Island.
Walking
If you are already in Potts Point, you can easily walk to Garden Island. Start at the Potts Point Hotel and walk down Macleay Street towards the water. Turn left onto Elizabeth Bay Road and continue walking straight. Look for signage indicating the entrance to Garden Island.
