Getting There

  • Train

    Start at Sydney Central Station. Take the Central Coast & Newcastle Line train heading north towards Gosford or Newcastle. Disembark at Brooklyn Station, which is approximately a 50-minute ride. Once you arrive at Brooklyn Station, exit the station and head towards the river. Follow the signs to Gunyah Beach, which is about a 15-minute walk along the waterfront path.

  • Ferry

    From Circular Quay, take the ferry to Brooklyn. Check the ferry schedule for the Central Coast ferry service. The ferry ride takes about 1 hour and provides stunning views of the harbor. Once you arrive at Brooklyn Wharf, exit the ferry and follow the path along the water for about 10-15 minutes to reach Gunyah Beach.
