    From Sydney Central Station, take the M20 bus towards Vaucluse. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Vaucluse, New South Head Rd at Greycliffe Ave'. Walk down Greycliffe Ave towards the water. The entrance to the Hermitage Foreshore track will be on your right.

  • Ferry + Bus

    Take a ferry from Circular Quay to Watsons Bay. The ferry ride takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Watsons Bay, exit the ferry terminal and take bus number 324 towards Vaucluse. Get off at 'Vaucluse, New South Head Rd at Greycliffe Ave'. Walk down Greycliffe Ave towards the water; the entrance to the Hermitage Foreshore track will be on your right.

  • Walking

    If you are near Bondi Beach, you can walk to the Hermitage Foreshore track. Start at Bondi Beach and walk south along the coastal path through the scenic Bondi to Bronte walk. Continue along the coastline, passing through Tamarama and Bronte beaches, until you reach Vaucluse. Follow signs to the Hermitage Foreshore track from there. The total walk is about 7 km and will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

    From Sydney's Town Hall Station, take a train to Bondi Junction Station. Once at Bondi Junction, transfer to bus number 440 towards Vaucluse. Get off at 'Vaucluse, New South Head Rd at Greycliffe Ave'. Walk down Greycliffe Ave towards the water; the entrance to the Hermitage Foreshore track will be on your right.
