Train
Take a train to Circular Quay Station. From Circular Quay, exit the station and head towards the main entrance of the Sydney Opera House. Once outside, walk towards the waterfront, following the path along the harbor. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach The Rocks area. Hickson Road Reserve will be on your left after approximately a 15-minute walk.
Bus
Catch any bus heading towards Circular Quay. Get off at the Circular Quay stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the water and follow the promenade past the Sydney Opera House. Continue straight until you arrive at The Rocks. Hickson Road Reserve will be on your left after about a 15-minute walk.
Ferry
Take a ferry from any of the wharves around Sydney (e.g., Darling Harbour, Manly, or Balmain) to Circular Quay. Once you arrive at Circular Quay, disembark and walk towards the Sydney Opera House. Follow the waterfront path towards The Rocks, and in about 15 minutes, you will reach Hickson Road Reserve on your left.
Walking
If you are in the Sydney CBD, simply walk towards George Street and head to Circular Quay. Once there, walk along the waterfront, passing the Sydney Opera House. Continue along the promenade until you reach The Rocks area. Hickson Road Reserve will be located on your left after about a 15-minute walk.
Light Rail
Take the Light Rail to the Pyrmont Bay stop. From there, walk towards the Pyrmont Bridge and cross it. Once on the other side, continue walking towards the Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay. From Circular Quay, follow the waterfront path towards The Rocks. Hickson Road Reserve will be on your left after approximately a 20-minute walk.
