Start at Circular Quay and take the ferry to Watsons Bay. The ferry ride takes around 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Watsons Bay, exit the ferry and walk to the bus stop nearby. Take the 380 bus towards Vaucluse and get off at the 'Vaucluse Park' stop. From there, it's a 5-minute walk south along Parsley Road to reach Parsley Bay Reserve.

If you are near Bondi Beach, you can walk to Parsley Bay Reserve. Head south on Campbell Parade, then turn left onto Hall Street. Continue onto Old South Head Road and follow it for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach Vaucluse. Keep walking straight, and you will find Parsley Road on your right. Follow Parsley Road to the reserve, which is about a 30-minute walk from Bondi Beach.
