Public Transport - Bus
From Central Station, take the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line train towards Bondi Junction. Get off at the Sutherland Station. Once at Sutherland Station, transfer to Bus 987 towards Kurnell. After approximately 30 minutes on the bus, disembark at the stop 'Kurnell Shops'. From there, walk for about 15 minutes along Captain Cook Drive, and then turn right onto Monument Track. Continue walking until you reach the Captain Cook's Landing Place.
Public Transport - Train and Bus
Start at Circular Quay, take the T2, T3, or T8 train to Wolli Creek Station. At Wolli Creek, switch to the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line towards Cronulla. Get off at the Cronulla Station. From Cronulla Station, catch the Bus 987 towards Kurnell. Disembark at the 'Kurnell Shops' stop and walk along Captain Cook Drive, turning right onto Monument Track. Continue walking until you arrive at Captain Cook's Landing Place.

If you are staying nearby in Kurnell, you can walk directly to Captain Cook's Landing Place. Start from the center of Kurnell and head towards Captain Cook Drive. Walk along Captain Cook Drive, keeping an eye out for the signs directing you to Monument Track. Turn onto Monument Track and follow it until you reach the historic site.
