Follow the signs towards Kurnell, which will lead you onto Captain Cook Drive. Then turn onto Cape Solander Drive. The drive takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. There is free parking available at the Cape Solander lookout.

To reach Cape Solander using public transportation, start by taking a train from Sydney Central Station to Cronulla Station on the T4 line. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Upon arrival at Cronulla Station, catch the 988 bus towards Kurnell. This bus will take you directly to Cape Solander Drive. Get off at the stop near Cape Solander. The total travel time, including waiting for transfers, is approximately 1.5 hours. Note that a ticket for the train will cost around AUD 4.20 and the bus fare is included with your Opal card or AUD 2.50 per trip.
