Car
If you are driving from Hobart, take the A6 (Southern Outlet) and follow it until you reach the junction with the A3 (Tasman Highway). Continue on the A3 for about 30 km. Take the exit towards Primrose Sands and follow the signs. You'll arrive at Primrose Sands Beach after approximately 10 minutes of driving through the scenic countryside.
Public Transportation
From Hobart, take the Metro Tasmania bus service (Route 719) towards Sorell. Get off at the Sorell bus interchange. From Sorell, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to Primrose Sands Beach, as public transportation does not directly serve the beach area. The taxi ride will take about 15-20 minutes and will cost approximately AUD 25-35.
Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, you can bike to Primrose Sands Beach from Sorell. Follow the A3 highway and then turn onto Primrose Sands Road.
