If you're driving to Waterfall Bay Lookout from Hobart, head east on the Tasman Highway (A3). After approximately 40 minutes, take the exit towards Eaglehawk Neck. Continue on Eaglehawk Neck Road for about 15 minutes until you reach the Waterfall Bay Track entrance. There is parking available at the trailhead.

To reach Waterfall Bay Lookout using public transport from Hobart, take the Metro bus service number 100 towards Sorell. Once you reach Sorell, transfer to the bus heading towards Eaglehawk Neck. Inform the driver you wish to get off at Waterfall Bay Track. After disembarking, follow the signs to the Waterfall Bay Lookout, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
