Car
From the Ayers Rock Resort, head southwest on the Lasseter Highway (National Route 87) towards Uluru. Continue for about 20 km until you reach the turnoff for Walpa Gorge. Follow the signs to Walpa Gorge, which is located within the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. The parking area for Walpa Gorge is clearly marked, and from there, you can start your hike.

Public Transportation
Take the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park shuttle bus from the Ayers Rock Resort. The shuttle service operates several times a day and will drop you off at the designated bus stop near the entrance to Walpa Gorge. Once you arrive, follow the walking path that leads directly to the gorge. Make sure to check the shuttle schedule in advance to plan your return trip.
