To reach Adelaide Zoo from Yorke Peninsula by car, start by getting onto the Yorke Highway (B85) heading south. Continue on this road for about 90 km until you reach the town of Port Wakefield. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Port Wakefield Road (B84) toward Adelaide. Stay on this road for approximately 60 km until you reach the city of Adelaide. Once in Adelaide, follow signs for North Terrace and Frome Road. The zoo will be located at Frome Rd, Adelaide SA 5000 on your left. Parking is available nearby but may incur fees during peak times.

If you are using public transportation, you can take a bus from Yorke Peninsula to Adelaide. Start at the nearest bus station in Yorke Peninsula and take the bus to Adelaide Central Station.
