Getting There

  • Foot

    From the center of Bregenz, head towards the lake by walking down the Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight until you reach the pedestrian area, where you will find several shops and cafes. Follow the signs to the 'Seepromenade' (lake promenade), which will lead you directly to the waterfront of Lake Constance. This walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch the bus at the Bregenz Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Look for Bus Line 1 or 2 towards 'Lindenberg' or 'Hohenems.' Get off at the stop 'Bregenz Seepromenade.' From there, it’s a short walk to the lake. The bus ride will take about 5 minutes, and the frequency is every 15-30 minutes.

    You can take a train from Bregenz to nearby towns along Lake Constance. Board a train at Bregenz Hauptbahnhof to either Lindau or Friedrichshafen. The journey takes roughly 30-40 minutes.
