Once you arrive at Rorschach, exit the train station and find the bus stop. Take the bus number 726 towards 'Wasserauen' (this bus runs frequently). The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 'Wasserauen'.

After you get off at the Wasserauen bus stop, walk towards Schwendetalstrasse. The Talstation Luftseilbahn Wasserauen-Ebenalp AG is located at Schwendetalstrasse 82, which is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs for the cable car station.
