    If you are traveling by car, start from the center of the Dachstein region. Use the B166 road and head towards Obertraun. Continue on B166 for about 10 kilometers until you reach Obertraun. Once in Obertraun, look for signs that direct you to Winkl. Turn onto Winkl 34, where the Dachstein Shark is located. There is parking available nearby, but do check for any signs indicating parking fees.

  • Public Transportation - Train and Bus

    For those using public transportation, take a train to the 'Obertraun Dachsteinhöhlen' station, which is serviced by regional trains from larger cities like Salzburg or Linz. Once you arrive at Obertraun Dachsteinhöhlen station, exit the station and walk to the bus stop located just outside. Board the bus heading towards 'Obertraun' and get off at the Winkl stop.
