Public Transport - Bus
From the Eisenstadt main train station (Bahnhof Eisenstadt), exit the station and head to the bus stop located just outside. You can take bus number 2 towards 'Neufeld' and get off at 'Eisenstadt, Stadtplatz.' From there, walk towards the city center and look for the bus stop for the express bus (Bus 2, 8, or 10) towards Vienna. Take one of these buses and ride until you reach the 'Schottentor' station in Vienna. From Schottentor, transfer to tram line 1 towards 'Kaiserebersdorf' and get off at 'Praterstern.' Finally, change to tram line O towards 'Kaiserstraße' and disembark at 'Kegelgasse.' The Hundertwasser Village is located at Kegelgasse 37-39, just a short walk from the tram stop.

From Eisenstadt main train station, take the train to Vienna (Wien) Hauptbahnhof. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Wien Hauptbahnhof, follow the signs to the underground (U-Bahn). Take U-Bahn line U1 (red line) towards 'Leopoldau' and get off at the 'Karlsplatz' station. Here, transfer to tram line 1 towards 'Kaiserebersdorf' and get off at 'Praterstern.' From Praterstern, change to tram line O towards 'Kaiserstraße' and disembark at 'Kegelgasse.' The Hundertwasser Village is at Kegelgasse 37-39, which is a short walk from the tram stop.

If you are already in the center of Eisenstadt, you can take a leisurely walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Eisenstadt, Stadtplatz.' From there, take bus number 2 towards Vienna as previously described. Alternatively, you can walk to the train station (Bahnhof Eisenstadt) and follow the train instructions. Walking to the train station will take approximately 15 minutes.
