Transfer at Stephansplatz to U2 (the purple line) towards Karlsplatz. Get off at the Museumsquartier stop. Upon exiting, follow the signs to Museumsplatz, and you will find the Leopold Museum at Museumsplatz 1.

Once you arrive at the bus stop near the Museumsquartier in Vienna, walk towards Museumsplatz. The Leopold Museum is located at Museumsplatz 1, just a short walk from the bus stop.
