From the Eisenstadt train station, take the train to Vienna. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. From there, exit the station and head southwest on Stephansplatz toward Graben. Continue on Graben until you reach the junction with Strauchgasse. Turn left onto Strauchgasse, and you will find Palais Ferstel at number 4 on your right.

If you are already in the city center of Eisenstadt, head towards the main pedestrian area at Hauptplatz. From Hauptplatz, walk towards the Eisenstadt train station. Once there, follow the instructions above for taking the train to Vienna and reach Palais Ferstel.
