Public Transport - Train
From Eisenstadt main train station (Eisenstadt Bahnhof), take a train towards Vienna. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at Wien Mitte station. Once you arrive at Wien Mitte, follow the signs to the U-Bahn (subway) station.

At Wien Mitte, take the U-Bahn Line U3 (the orange line) in the direction of Ottakring. After 3 stops, get off at Stephansplatz station. From the station, exit towards Stephansplatz and head towards the Hofburg Palace.
Walking
Once you exit Stephansplatz station, walk towards the Hofburg Palace. From there, head towards the Michaelerkuppel entrance. The Sisi Museum is located within the Hofburg complex, just inside Michaelerkuppel.
