From the Eisenstadt main train station (Bahnhof Eisenstadt), take the train to Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Central Station). This is a direct route and typically takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Wien Hauptbahnhof, follow the signs to the U-Bahn (subway) station located beneath the train station. Take the U1 subway line in the direction of Leopoldau.

After traveling for about 10 minutes, get off at the station 'Karlsplatz'. From Karlsplatz, transfer to the U2 line towards Stadion. Travel one stop and get off at 'Schottentor'. At Schottentor, exit the station and walk towards the Ringstraße.

Once you are on the Ringstraße, walk in the direction of the Oper (Vienna State Opera). Continue walking for about 10 minutes; you will see the Vienna State Opera on your left. Shortly after passing the Opera, continue straight until you reach Opernring 3/5. The Vienna Sightseeing Tours office is located in the building at this address, on the top floors (Top 17-24).
