Disembark at Wien Hauptbahnhof (the main train station in Vienna). From there, you can take the U-Bahn (subway) line U1 (red line) towards Reumannplatz. Get off at the Karlsplatz station. Exit the station and walk towards Karlsplatz 8, which is just a short 5-minute walk from the station.
