Car
If you're driving from the center of Flachgau, take the A1 motorway towards Salzburg. Exit at Salzburg Nord and follow the signs to the city center. Once in the city, follow the signs to Kapuzinerberg. You can park at nearby parking facilities, such as the Altstadtgarage or the Mirabellplatz parking garage. From there, it's a short walk to Kapuzinerberg 4, where Felixpforte (historische Wehranlage) is located.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, take a regional train (ÖBB) from Flachgau to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station). From Salzburg Hauptbahnhof, take bus line 3 or 5 towards 'Aigen' and get off at 'Kapuzinerberg'. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. From the bus stop, it is a 10-minute walk to Kapuzinerberg 4, where you will find Felixpforte (historische Wehranlage). Please check the bus schedules, as they may vary.
Walking
For those staying nearby, a pleasant option is to walk to Felixpforte. If you are in the old town of Salzburg, head towards the Salzach River and follow the riverbank north.
