Once you reach the city, follow the signs to Domplatz. There is limited parking available nearby, with public parking garages such as 'Altstadt' or 'Mönchsberg' within walking distance to Domplatz. Be aware that parking fees may apply, typically ranging from €1.50 to €3.00 per hour.
Public Transportation
To reach Mariensäule via public transportation, take any bus or train that goes to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (main station). From there, you can catch the bus number 3 or 5 towards 'Aigen' or 'Parsch' respectively. Get off at 'Domplatz' stop. The Mariensäule is just a short walk from the bus stop. Be sure to check the latest schedules and routes on the Salzburg public transport website.
