Public Transport - Tram
If you are near the main square (Hauptplatz) in Graz, head to the tram stop called 'Hauptplatz.' From there, take tram line 1 or 7 in the direction of 'Graz, Jakominiplatz'. Travel for 2 stops and get off at 'Graz, Opernhaus'. The Graz Opera is just a short walk from the tram stop.
Walking
If you are close to the center of Graz, you can walk to the Graz Opera. Start from the Hauptplatz and head southeast towards the street called 'Sackstraße.' Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 'Opernring.' Turn left onto 'Opernring,' and you will see the Graz Opera on your right after a few minutes of walking.
Public Transport - Bus
From Graz's main train station (Graz Hauptbahnhof), take bus line 30 towards 'Graz, Jakominiplatz.' Get off at the 'Graz, Jakominiplatz' stop. From there, transfer to tram line 1 or 7 and travel to 'Graz, Opernhaus.' The Graz Opera will be a short walk away from the tram stop.
