Walking
Start at the Hallstatt market square (Marktplatz). From there, head towards the lakeside promenade, following the signs for the ferry dock. Walk along the promenade until you reach the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to St. Wolfgang, which provides a scenic route across the lake. Once you arrive at St. Wolfgang, disembark and head towards the main road. Walk along the main road (Au Straße) for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach Lake Camping Appesbach located at Au 99. The campground will be on your right.

Public Transport
From Hallstatt, take a train from Hallstatt train station to the nearest major station, which is Bad Ischl. Then, transfer to a bus heading towards St. Wolfgang. Get off at the stop nearest to the main road (Au Straße). From there, it is a short walk (about 1 kilometer) along Au Straße to reach Lake Camping Appesbach at Au 99.
