Starting from the Hallstatt Market Square, head south on Marktstraße toward the lake. After about 200 meters, you will reach the lakeside promenade (Seepromenade). Follow the promenade to the left, enjoying the beautiful view of Lake Hallstatt. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the fork in the path. Stay on the right path, which leads directly to St. Wolfgang.
