Bus
From Hallstatt, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the Hallstatt train station. Take bus line 150 towards Berchtesgaden. The bus ride will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Berchtesgaden bus station, transfer to bus line 838 towards Kehlsteinhaus. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the Kehlsteinhaus stop. From there, follow the signs to the Eagle's Nest, which is a short walk uphill.

Train and Bus
Head to the Hallstatt train station and take a train towards Bad Ischl. Transfer at Bad Ischl to a train heading to Berchtesgaden. Once you arrive at Berchtesgaden train station, go to the nearby bus stop and board bus line 838 towards Kehlsteinhaus. This bus will take you directly to the Eagle's Nest. After disembarking, follow the signs to the entrance.
