Walking
From the center of Hallstatt, head towards the local train station (Bahnhof Hallstatt). The walk will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the train station, take the train towards Obertraun. The train ride will last about 5 minutes. Upon arrival at Obertraun station, exit the train and turn left onto the main road (Obertraunstrasse). Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will reach Schloss Grub on your right side.

From Hallstatt, walk to the nearest bus stop located near the market square. Take the bus that goes to Obertraun. The bus ride will take around 10 minutes. After disembarking at the Obertraun stop, walk along Obertraunstrasse for approximately 15 minutes, and you will find Schloss Grub on your right.
