If you are driving from Hochkönig, take the B164 road towards Bischofshofen. Continue on this road for approximately 20 minutes. As you approach Bischofshofen, follow the signs for 'Erz der Alpen' and 'Geopark'. You will turn onto Rosenthal street. The Besucherzentrum Erz der Alpen is located at Rosenthal 41, 5500 Bischofshofen. There is parking available nearby, but please be aware that there may be a small fee for parking.

To reach the Besucherzentrum Erz der Alpen by public transportation, take the bus from Hochkönig to Bischofshofen. The bus service is operated by Postbus and typically runs every hour. Once you arrive at the Bischofshofen bus station, exit the bus and walk towards Rosenthal street. The Besucherzentrum is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station. Just follow Rosenthal street straight until you reach the center at Rosenthal 41. Make sure to check the local bus schedules for the latest times and plan your return trip accordingly.
